Job Location: SACRAMENTO, CA Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while aligning resources and timelines for optimal project execution. Regularly reviewing task progress, adjusting timelines as needed, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of key milestones and potential delays. Tracking project performance against established baselines, analyzing variances, and facilitating change requests to ensure that project goals are still achievable. Conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines, cost, or quality. Ensuring that project activities comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, while preparing detailed progress reports for senior management and stakeholders. Coordinating with team members and external vendors to ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on schedule, while managing potential bottlenecks effectively. Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with increasing responsibility in project coordination, process improvement, or systems implementation. Proven experience working on cross-functional projects involving multiple business and technical teams. Demonstrated success in requirements management, business process re-engineering, and stakeholder engagement. Expertise in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, use case documentation, and process modeling Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Proficiency with BA and PM tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, Power BI, etc.) Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
