Lead with Vision: You’ll design and oversee environments where people experience authentic community, discover their purpose, and grow in their walk with Christ—from missional communities to outreach initiatives. Collaborative Leadership: You’ll be part of a dynamic pastoral team that values innovation, biblical truth, and seeing lives transformed, working closely with our Executive Pastor and Lead Pastor. Mobilize for Mission: You’ll equip and empower Kingdom Builders to engage our community and world for Christ through local outreach, mission trips, and service projects. Build Something Lasting: This isn’t about maintaining programs—it’s about creating a discipleship ecosystem that transforms lives and communities. The Role As Community Life Pastor, you will serve as the bridge between our mission and seeing our vision lived out by our people. You’ll oversee our Growth Track discipleship pathway (moving people from Explore → Partner → Builder), develop missional community leaders, and coordinate with our Kids, Students, and cross-cultural ministry teams to create a unified approach to spiritual formation. This is not a traditional “groups pastor” role. You’ll be the architect of our entire community life strategy, creating pathways that move people from first-time guests to Kingdom Builders living on mission in the Airport Seven communities. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Growth Track Leadership – Execute and oversee our three-phase discipleship pathway, recruiting and training facilitators for each level Missional Community Development – Launch and support neighborhood-focused communities that pursue God, build relationships, and share hope in practical ways Cross-Ministry Integration – Partner with Kids, Students, Young Adults, and cross-cultural ministry leaders to align all efforts with our unified vision Outreach & Mission Mobilization – Lead local service projects, mission trips, and community engagement initiatives that activate our Kingdom Builders Pastoral Care Coordination – Work with our Care Team and Elders to ensure people receive appropriate support and pastoral attention Weekend Service Presence – Maintain strong Sunday connections with guests, volunteers, and church family to foster relational engagement. Also, assist as a part of our pastoral team with weekend messages, communion and generosity moments and lead Growth Track sessions. You’ll also supervise our Ministry & Volunteer Engagement Coordinator and serve as a key member of our pastoral staff team, contributing to overall church vision and health. A Natural Connector – Relational, approachable, and passionate about helping people find authentic community and take their next steps. Vision-Driven and Strategic – Able to take big-picture vision and create clear systems, structures, and pathways to help people move forward in their faith. A Proven Leader – Experienced in recruiting, equipping, and empowering leaders and volunteers with empathy, compassion and discernment.
