What You Bring

Licensure:

A current, active Assisted Living Administrator (LALD) license or state-required credential.

Experience:

At least 2 years of leadership in senior living, memory care, or long‑term care.

Expertise:

A deep understanding of state regulations and a track record of financial or departmental oversight.

Communication:

The ability to connect authentically with residents, families, and staff alike.
