What You Bring

  • Licensure: A current, active Assisted Living Administrator (LALD) license or state-required credential.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of leadership in senior living, memory care, or long‑term care.

  • Communication: The ability to connect authentically with residents, families, and staff alike.
