Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Brooklyn, NY
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Standard Business Hours
Salary: Based on Experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join a growing wholesale apparel company based in Brooklyn, NY. This role is responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing initiatives that brand visibility, drive engagement, and support wholesale and e-commerce growth.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with internal teams to develop and manage digital campaigns, create compelling content, and ensure consistent brand presentation across all digital platforms. This position is ideal for a marketing professional who understands both creative storytelling and performance-driven marketing within a fast-paced fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales goals
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as email, social media, and paid advertising
  • Assist in planning and executing seasonal and product-focused marketing initiatives

Content Creation & Brand Messaging

  • Create and manage digital content for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all digital channels
  • Collaborate with creative teams on graphics, photography, and digital assets

Website & E-Commerce Support

  • Support website updates, product launches, and content management
  • Assist with product uploads, descriptions, and merchandising updates as needed
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of online content
  • Email & CRM Marketing
    • Develop, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns
    • Manage mailing lists, segmentation, and performance tracking
    • Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize campaigns

    Social Media & Community Engagement

    • Manage day-to-day social media activity, including posting, engagement, and content scheduling
    • Support social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience growth
    • Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries or comments in a timely manner

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Track and analyze performance metrics across digital channelsPrepare reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness
    • Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversion

    Collaboration & Support

    • Work closely with sales, design, and merchandising teams to support wholesale initiatives
    • Assist with marketing support for trade shows, launches, and special promotions
    • Support additional marketing projects and initiatives as needed

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related field
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and digital trends
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in the apparel, fashion, or wholesale industry
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems
    • Experience with digital analytics and reporting tools
