Support division initiatives in advertising, loyalty programs, community engagement, and public relations. Serve as a field liaison to ensure effective implementation of strategic communications and public affairs programs. Responsibilities

Coordinate weekly advertising broadcasts and signage distribution.

Support loyalty and promotional program execution at store level.

Manage vendor relationships and reconcile advertising invoices.

Assist in planning and executing community events and charitable programs.

Develop relationships with local organizations to support community strategy.

Serve as a liaison between stores and division communications teams.

Collect and organize media opportunities.

Support volunteer programs and associate engagement initiatives.

Attend and represent the company at local civic and community events.

Assist in media relations and public affairs communications.

Travel to stores for grand openings, special events, and program support.

Maintain local content on internet and intranet platforms.

Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications Minimum

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational and planning abilities

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Experience with advertising, marketing, or public relations

Knowledge of accounting and budgeting practices

Experience in community engagement or public affairs

Advertising or loyalty program coordination

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
