Responsibilities

Serve as primary steward of RBS brand, ensuring all internal and external assets reflect the company’s visual identity, messaging, and standards.

Lead execution of rebranding initiatives, including development of templates, presentations, signage, and standardized marketing assets.

Ensure all marketing, communications, proposals, and digital materials align with brand guidelines.

Develop and deliver clear, consistent internal communications, including companywide announcements, leadership messaging, and organizational updates to strengthen alignment and engagement across the company.

Support major internal events by creating messaging, producing high-impact presentation materials, and branded materials.

Manage content for the company newsletter and intranet in partnership with the HR team to improve communication flow and employee experience.

Partner with Business Development teams to develop high-quality collateral that enhances client pursuits, including capability one-pagers, geographic and market-sector sheets, case studies, project profiles, customer-facing decks, and team resumes.

Enhance proposal templates and qualification packages to support RBS’s transition toward owner‑direct and qualification‑based delivery strategies, improving competitiveness and win rates.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.

7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.

Demonstrated ability to manage brand standards and lead rebranding initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing performance metrics to guide strategy.

Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills. Able to produce clear, compelling, and technically accurate content for internal and external audiences.

Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

Strong understanding of SEO principles, digital analytics, and website optimization.

Proven ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis and convert findings into actionable strategies.
