
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Regional Directors to secure sales and ensure clients are completely satisfied in order to grow Preciosa’s market share. Some of the job functions will include researching new opportunities, setting up meetings and presentations for the Regional Directors, maintaining client preparing quotes, obtain and communicate quotes from the company’s logistics partner, and follow up with clients regarding items required during the sales, pre-production, production and post-production phases of a project.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule meetings and presentations Work with Regional Directors and Marketing team to prepare client specific presentations Research new sales opportunities in Preciosa’s core and secondary market segments Deliver samples to client offices (where feasible) Maintain Contact Lists Act as a backup for North American Project Managers and Regional Directors during vacations and extended absences Reconfirm client meetings, lunches, and dinners, and arrange catering or restaurant reservation when required Negotiate and issue freight quotes Negotiate and process POs for new orders, repeat orders, and spare parts Help prepare proposals and assist with online submissions when required Follow up with factory quotation and production teams when required Provide support for internal sales management system, assisting team members with navigation and basic troubleshooting Education and Experience
Minimum one year of experience in hospitality, sales, or interior design/ preferred, but not required Minimum bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Desire to learn and continuously improve Proficiency with Excel, Word, Microsoft 365, Power Point Some flexibility with work schedule Able to work independently with limited supervision Able to collaborate with internal teams and external partners Able to perform effectively under pressure and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organization skills with ability to multi task Potential to take on more responsibility in the future (if desired) This position offers an ideal opportunity to contribute to the success of a well respected international luxury brand.
