You will be responsible for supporting our defined dealer network in your region and consistently drive forward the targeted expansion of listings of Hilcona Foodservice products.
You ensure that our products are sustainably anchored on the menus of relevant end users in community catering and gastronomy, especially in the metropolitan areas of Berlin, Halle, Leipzig and Dresden – strategically, creatively and with a feel for the market.
You create sustainable growth for all Hilcona brands by acquiring new customers from large end users.
You manage and document retail and end‑user projects and keep an eye on sales and earnings targets at all times.
You build up and actively maintain a personal, resilient network of decision‑makers throughout the food service sector in your region – from retail and end users, Purchasing, Sales to Product Development, Kitchen and Menu Planning.
You inspire multipliers through practical training and plan and realise trade fairs, industry days and customer events with a high external impact.
