This role supports attorneys throughout the pre-trial and trial processes, ensuring efficient case management and client support.

Key Responsibilities
Draft complaints, discovery requests, and legal responses.
Prepare witness and exhibit lists for trials and hearings.
Communicate effectively with expert witnesses and clients.
Support attorneys in pre-trial and trial preparation activities.
Manage scheduling, track deadlines, and monitor court dates.
File legal documents using e-service and e-filing systems.
Provide assistance during mediation, settlements, and trial preparation.
Participate in strategic case planning sessions with attorneys.
Maintain and review attorneys’ calendars to ensure timely task completion.
Collaborate with team members to promote a cooperative work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent soft skills, including communication, writing, and organizational abilities.
Trustworthy, reliable, and ethical professional demeanor.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Willingness to learn and adapt to law office software.
Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate effectively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Paralegal certificate preferred.
Experience in personal injury law preferred.
Management experience preferred.
