to bring strategic alignment, innovative solutions, and a people-first approach to this critical role.
What You’ll Do:
Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters.
Foster employee engagement and drive change initiatives.
Deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
Support union relations, organizational planning, and compliance with employment laws.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree required; PHR/SPHR or SHRM certifications preferred.
5+ years in HR, with 2+ years in union relations.
Expertise in employee relations, performance management, labor laws, and HR systems.
Strong communicator, ethical leader, and skilled conflict manager.
Must have reliable transportation for travel between local work sites.
