This role manages day-to-day job site activity for framing, drywall, ceilings, and related interior scopes. It’s a great opportunity for a hands‑on field leader who takes pride in running organized, safe, and high‑performing sites. Key Responsibilities

Oversee interior construction activities including framing, drywall installation, ceiling systems, and scaffold coordination. Manage daily field operations, including manpower planning, sequencing, and trade coordination. Track project schedule milestones and support budget accountability through consistent field reporting. Enforce job site safety expectations and ensure a clean, controlled work environment. Perform quality checks throughout construction and drive punch‑list completion through closeout. Qualifications

5+ years of superintendent experience supporting commercial interior construction projects. Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, and ceiling systems with hands‑on field leadership experience. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain job site productivity. Solid understanding of field scheduling and construction workflow planning. Experience driving quality control and maintaining high workmanship standards. Strong safety mindset with experience enforcing site safety procedures. Organized, dependable, and capable of maintaining accurate field documentation. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead crews in a fast‑paced environment. Equal Opportunity Statement
