The
DualEstate™ Agent
is a hybrid real estate professional who builds a long-term business by serving clients across
sales + property management . You’ll help homeowners, investors, landlords, and tenants with leasing, renewals, investment strategy, and purchase/sale transactions—creating a durable pipeline that isn’t dependent on open-house luck or paid leads. This role is for an agent who wants a real operating system: structured support, repeatable processes, and a steady stream of opportunities tied to property management relationships.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities) Sales + Client Advisory
Prospect, consult, and convert buyers, sellers, and investors using RGroup systems.
Run buyer consultations, listing presentations, CMAs, pricing strategy, and negotiation.
Educate clients on investor fundamentals (rent readiness, cash flow drivers, risk, maintenance planning).
Maintain strong client communication and consistent follow-up across the lifecycle.
Property Management Growth (The “Durable Pipeline”)
Convert landlord and investor conversations into signed management agreements.
Support leasing activity: showings, applicant communication, and move-in coordination (in partnership with PM team).
Build relationships with tenants for renewal, retention, and future homeownership conversion.
Identify “sell-ready” moments inside the managed portfolio and guide owners through disposition strategy.
Business Development + Marketing
Execute weekly prospecting and follow-up targets (calls, texts, email, events).
Use company marketing tools, templates, and automation to publish consistent content.
Participate in community/partner relationships (lenders, inspectors, vendors, attorneys, CPAs).
Operations + Compliance
Follow Arizona brokerage compliance standards and internal SOPs.
Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and pipeline stages in CRM.
Coordinate transaction flow with transaction management and brokerage operations.
Success Metrics (How You’re Measured)
New conversations created weekly (calls/texts/appointments)
Buyer/listing agreements signed
New property management agreements signed (doors added)
Lease conversions and renewals supported
Transactions closed + client satisfaction/reviews
CRM hygiene (notes, stages, follow-up plans)
Must-Have Qualifications
Active Arizona Real Estate License
OR you are
currently obtaining one
(required to advance)
Strong phone skills and comfort with structured prospecting
Professional communication (written + verbal)
Coachability and willingness to follow a defined process
Basic tech competency (CRM, forms, e-sign, calendar, mobile apps)
Reliable transportation and ability to show property in the Tucson metro
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Property management exposure (leasing, renewals, landlord relations, investor mindset)
1+ year in real estate sales, inside sales, or high-volume customer service
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience with CRM/task systems and accountability scorecards

agent role. Compensation is structured around:

Revenue-share / incentives tied to property management growth (doors added and retained) Details are provided during the interview process and aligned to your production plan.
Work Schedule
Flexible schedule with clear weekly activity requirements.
Must be available for client showings/inspections/appointments as needed (including some evenings/weekends).
