Adopting Agent
in our Golden Handoff / Transitioning Agent Program. This is not a cold-lead role. You will receive warm introductions from seasoned, retiring, or transitioning agents and convert those relationships into active buyer and seller clients, repeat business, and referrals. Referral-based client acquisition model built around transitioning agent relationships Warm introductions with existing trust (faster momentum than cold prospecting) Property management alignment creates long-term opportunities with investors, landlords, and repeat clients What you’ll do
Convert warm introductions into signed clients using a structured handoff process Represent home sellers: pricing strategy, listing presentation, marketing plan, showings, negotiation, contract-to-close Represent home buyers: consultation, showings, offers, negotiation, timeline management, communication through closing Build a long-term pipeline through database follow-up, market updates, equity reviews, and referral systems Work closely with internal operations and transaction support to ensure clean, compliant transactions Requirements
Active Arizona Real Estate License (or currently in process of obtaining it) Ability to work in Tucson / Pima County and meet clients as needed Basic competency with contracts, timelines, and client communication Strong follow-up habits and comfort using a CRM and digital tools Ideal candidate
Strong communicator with excellent follow-up Confident running listing presentations and guiding buyers through negotiation Wants a database-driven business built on relationships and referrals Professional, ethical, compliance-first mindset Compensation
