You will manage a defined portfolio, earn recurring monthly compensation per active door, and develop long-term investor relationships that naturally generate transactional opportunities.

The Income Model This position blends predictable recurring income with transactional upside.

Portfolio Compensation

$30+/active door, per month

Target portfolio size: 75–125 doors as proficiency develops

100 doors = $3,000+/month recurring base

200 doors = $6,000+/month recurring base

Your income scales with performance and portfolio growth.

Sales Commission Opportunity

Physical Stewardship

Quarterly property inspections (zInspector)

Drive-by monitoring

Risk identification and escalation

Landlord Advisory

Monthly strategy calls

Annual performance reviews

Rental positioning and retention guidance

Tenant Retention

Proactive renewal monitoring

Occupancy stabilization

Required Certification Period (On-Site) All Asset Managers complete a structured certification period in our Tucson office.

You will master:

GHL Engage Platform

zInspector inspections

Portfolio standards and operating procedures

The goal is operational autonomy under the RGroup brand.

Requirements

Active Arizona Real Estate License (required)

Member in good standing with local real estate association and MLS

Comfortable with CRM systems and digital workflows

Strong communication and advisory skills

Independent contractor mindset

This is a 1099 role. You are responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and production.
