Account/Customer Success Manager (Advertising & Paid Media)

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded Account/Customer Success Manager to partner with advertisers and agencies and help them drive stronger performance from their paid media investments. This role is ideal for someone with a background in digital advertising or performance marketing who enjoys working directly with clients and turning data into action.

What You’ll Do Manage a portfolio of enterprise advertising and agency clients as a trusted strategic partner

Lead onboarding, adoption, and ongoing optimization to ensure customers achieve clear ROI

Translate paid media performance, attribution, and analytics into actionable insights

Deliver QBRs/EBRs and enablement sessions focused on marketing performance

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to support retention and growth

Identify renewal risks and expansion opportunities within existing accounts

What We’re Looking For 5–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Paid Media / Digital Marketing

Strong understanding of performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, PMAX, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

Experience working with attribution models, analytics, and ROI reporting

Ability to work with senior stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly

Commercial mindset with experience supporting renewals or account growth

Bonus: experience working at or with media agencies; familiarity with CS tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
