Traveling Superintendent - Norcal

Uprite Construction is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead ground‑up commercial construction projects across Northern California and throughout the United States as needed. This role is ideal for a hands‑on field leader with strong tilt‑up or industrial construction experience who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is comfortable traveling for projects. The Superintendent’s home base must be within the Northern California region.
What You’ll Do
Lead all on‑site construction activities from project start through completion
Oversee ground‑up commercial projects including tilt‑up concrete and industrial structures
Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain schedule, quality, and productivity
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local codes and company policies
Maintain daily field reports, schedules, and accurate progress updates
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and leadership to resolve field issues efficiently
Represent Uprite professionally with clients, inspectors, and trade partners
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground‑up commercial construction projects
Tilt‑up construction and/or industrial project experience required
Strong commercial construction background including industrial, warehouse, or large‑scale projects
Home base must be located within the Northern California region
Ability and willingness to travel across Northern California and throughout the United States as project needs require
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Travel And Compensation
Travel required based on project needs
Per diem provided for travel assignments
