Job Overview We’re hiring a Lead Carpenter who can take charge of custom home and remodeling projects while working hands‑on in the field. This role combines high‑level craftsmanship with production management and team leadership.
What You’ll Do
Lead carpenters and subcontractors on residential projects from start to finish
Interpret architectural plans and ensure precise, high‑quality execution
Manage job sites, quality control, and project timelines
Communicate with clients and manage expectations throughout the build
Work closely with design and project management teams
What You Bring
5+ years of carpentry experience (lead experience preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural plans
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction
Seniority level Mid‑Senior level
