Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and underwrite merchant cash advance applications Evaluate risk, creditworthiness, and repayment ability using financial data and bank statements Make timely, accurate funding decisions within company guidelines Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth deal flow Monitor portfolio performance and identify potential risk trends Train and mentor junior underwriting staff when needed Qualifications
2+ years of underwriting experience
in merchant cash advance or alternative lending required Strong knowledge of MCA deal structures, credit risk, and repayment metrics Proficient in analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and bank data Excellent decision-making, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills What We Offer
