Whether planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a group adventure, your goal is to simplify the travel process and create unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Consult with Clients:
Understand each client’s travel goals, preferences, and challenges to offer tailored travel recommendations.
Design Solutions:
Provide expert advice and design comprehensive travel packages that include accommodations, flights, transfers, excursions, and more.
Booking Services:
Manage all aspects of travel reservations using online booking tools and supplier systems.
Support & Troubleshooting:
Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, offering support before, during, and after their trips.
Maximize Value:
Recommend upgrades, travel insurance, loyalty programs, and bundled offers to enhance the client’s experience and savings.
Industry Knowledge:
Keep up with travel regulations, promotions, supplier changes, and destination updates to provide timely and relevant solutions.
Client Relationships:
Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and follow-up, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate booking records, payment details, and communication history.
Qualifications: Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking systems and digital tools.
Able to work independently in a remote environment.
Passionate about travel and helping others navigate their journey with ease.
Bilingual is a bonus but not required.
