$8-15 USD / hour I have an ITC broadcast auto dialer license ready to activate and need it up and running right away as a predictive dialer that talks seamlessly to my Salesforce CRM.
Responsibilities:
Install and configure the predictive dialer on my chosen hosting (cloud or on‑prem, we can decide together).
Connect the dialer to Salesforce so leads, contacts, call logs, and dispositions sync in real time.
Create at least one sample campaign, import a test list, set dialing ratios, and verify call flow.
Set up user roles, recorded messages, call recording, time‑zone rules, and basic reporting.
Walk me through the dashboard so I can launch additional campaigns myself.
Acceptance Criteria:
I can see calls originating from the dialer appear instantly on each matching Salesforce record.
Predictive pacing works without agents sitting idle for more than a few seconds.
All test calls record correctly and reports show accurate connect / abandon rates.
