National Account Manager
RangTech is seeking an experienced and driven National Account Manager with a strong background in the staffing industry. This role focuses on building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction within the IT staffing domain.
Base pay range:
$90,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

New Jersey (Preferred) / Remote (Required traveling)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow revenue from assigned national accounts to achieve company sales targets.
Build long‑term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute account plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and promotional strategies.
Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, finance, and product development to deliver tailored solutions.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and KPIs to senior leadership.
Lead cross‑functional account teams to deliver on client needs and drive revenue growth.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.
