Outside Sales Representative - Dallas, Texas (Remote Southern U.S. Region)
Japanese manufacturing company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow its customer base in the southern U.S. This remote role may eventually lead to the establishment of a local office and hiring of support staff, similar to our Michigan branch model. Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory Manage and grow relationships with clients in the automotive, aerospace, and electronics industries Work independently while meeting sales targets and reporting results regularly Submit weekly reports and participate in monthly meetings with the team Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (experience preferred) Key Qualifications
Has an existing network of clients or proven track record in industrial B2B sales Motivated by commission-based compensation and entrepreneurial mindset Former expatriates or professionals seeking autonomy and flexibility are welcome Product knowledge is not required, but an understanding of Japanese products is a plus Japanese language skills are a plus but not required Compensation
Base salary: $50,000 (negotiable) Commission: 3% of gross profit (not based on total sales), paid at fiscal year-end in January
