About the Opportunity Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a growing e‑commerce marketing agency to hire a Paid Media professional as the agency continues to scale its paid media services.
This role is intentionally flexible—candidates may align most closely with Paid Media, Paid Search, Paid Social, or Affiliate Marketing, with the ideal hire bringing overlapping experience across multiple channels.
The title may range from Paid Media Specialist to Paid Media Manager depending on experience, ownership level, and channel depth.
Role Overview This is a junior-to-mid level, client‑facing paid media role focused on building, managing, optimizing, and reporting on performance‑driven marketing campaigns for B2C e‑commerce brands.
The right candidate will balance hands‑on technical execution with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels such as:
Paid Social (Meta/Facebook, Instagram)
Paid Search & Shopping (Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing)
Programmatic / Display
Affiliate Marketing
Support holistic media planning including channel mix, budgets, KPIs, and forecasting
Monitor and optimize performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, and conversion rates
Collaborate closely with affiliate and influencer partners to align paid media and partnership strategies
Manage pixels, tracking, product feeds, and audience targeting strategies
Develop and present performance reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations
Participate in client meetings and contribute to ongoing optimization discussions
Test new platforms, tools, creatives, and optimization approaches
Stay current on paid media, affiliate, and e‑commerce marketing trends

Paid Media Specialists with exposure to affiliate or influencer marketing
SEM or Paid Social specialists eager to expand cross‑channel
Affiliate or PR professionals with performance marketing experience and openness to cross‑training
Agency professionals or in‑house marketers transitioning into an agency environment
Preferred Experience & Skills
1.5+ years of hands‑on experience in paid media, SEM, paid social, and/or affiliate marketing
Experience supporting B2C and e‑commerce brands (strongly preferred)
Prior agency experience preferred (in‑house experience also welcomed)
Comfort working in client‑facing environments
Familiarity with tools such as:
Google Ads, Meta Business Manager
Google Analytics
Affiliate networks such as CJ, Impact, and Partnerize (client‑dependent)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
