
Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join STIG’s dynamic team. The primary responsibility is to expand STIGroup’s current business by landing new clients and new verticals, acting primarily as a "hunter" with initial "farming" of strategic accounts for quick wins. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in our growth by developing relationships, winning business, and maintaining an achievement‑based mindset. The position reports directly to the Managing Partner.
Base Pay Range
$115,000.00/yr – $125,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Consistent attainment of monthly gross profit sales targets Accurate sales forecasting Attendance and participation at bi‑weekly sales meetings Consistent generation of customer meetings Weekly prospecting for new accounts Farming of select accounts Attendance and participation at customer and partner seminars and conferences Relationship development with strategic partner representatives Develop and maintain knowledge of strategic partner products and services Develop and maintain knowledge of services and personnel capabilities Obtain and maintain Sales Certifications for key partners
Position Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience 3‑4 or more years of professional experience in Information Technology/Cybersecurity software or services sales Strong communication skills and public speaking skills Ability to multi‑task and prioritize effectively Proven ability to meet objectives Flexibility to work outside business hours (if necessary) to accomplish business objectives Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation to travel within surrounding area
