E4173: Sr, Proposal Analyst Job Description

You will be the Proposal Analyst Sr for the Proposal Development Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-impact proposal solutions that win government contracts. What You Will Be Doing

As the Proposal Analyst Sr you will be responsible for shaping, developing, and executing comprehensive bid strategies that align with FAR, DFARS, and other government regulations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop, plan, and schedule proposals in accordance with estimating policy and government regulations. Lead cost, schedule, and technical integration for proposals, producing financial models, NPV, IRR, and cash-flow analyses. Coordinate with functional departments to gather cost, schedule, and performance data. Conduct should-cost and pricing reviews, and support contract negotiations with DCAA and audit agencies. Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements to increase productivity and profitability. Why Join Us

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. The salary information is a general guideline only.
