Step into a high-impact digital transformation sales role where SAP, cloud, and AI come together to solve real mid‑market challenges. As our Sales Manager, Digital Transformation, you will own the full sales cycle for SAP implementation, SAP AMS, cloud services, and AI/data analytics projects. You’ll leverage your existing network of CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and Operations leaders to open doors quickly, shape deals, and get contracts executed and signed. This is a hands‑on, hunter role for someone who thrives on building relationships, navigating complex B2B sales, and turning conversations into long‑term partnerships. What You’ll Do
Own a Digital Transformation Book of Business. Sell SAP implementation and migration projects (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA), SAP AMS/support, cloud infrastructure/services, and AI/data analytics engagements. Build and grow a healthy pipeline across new logos and existing accounts. Leverage Your Rolodex & Open Doors Fast. Use your existing network within mid‑market organizations ($100 M–$2 B) to secure executive meetings and decision‑maker access. Drive net‑new opportunities within your first 60–90 days. ыҵLead Complex B2B Sales Cycles. Lead discovery sessions to uncover business problems across finance, operations, supply chain, and IT. Shape solution proposals with our delivery and architecture teams and present clear value cases (ROI, TCO, risk reduction). Negotiate commercial terms and guide deals from proposal to signed SOW/MSA. Champion SAP, Cloud & AI Solutions. Position SAP implementations, AMS, cloud migrations, and tshuaj/predavatvar van года integrations as integrated transformation journeys, not one‑off projects. Translate technical capabilities (e.g., automation, data platforms, predictive analytics) into business outcomes (revenue growth, cost savings, cycle‑time reduction). Partner Internally to Win & Deliver. Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, and delivery leads to ensure deals realistic, winnable, and set up for success. Provide clear context from sales to delivery, staying engaged as an executive sponsor for key accounts. Use Data & Tools to Stay Sharp. Use CRM (e.g., Salesforce or similar) to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and track activity. Share market feedback and client insights to refine our offerings, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategy. Be a Trusted Advisor to Mid‑Market Leaders. Understand how AI, cloud, and ERP modernization are reshaping mid‑market companies. Help clients prioritize initiatives, sequence roadmaps, and navigate change management. What You Bring
Experience & Track Record. 5+ years in B2B technology sales, ideally selling SAP services, cloud services, or AI/data analytics projects. Proven record of hitting or exceeding annual quotas and closing multi‑hundred‑thousand to multi‑million‑dollar services deals. Network & Market Understanding. Existing relationships with decision‑makers in mid‑market organizations (CIO/CTO/CFO/COO, VP IT, VP Operations, etc.). Deep appreciation of mid‑market realities: limited resources, legacy tech, budget constraints, and the need to “do more with less” in the AI era. SAP / Cloud / AI Fluency. Familiarity with SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, SAP AMS) and comfort selling services around these platforms. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and how cloud underpins modern SAP and data solutions. High‑level understanding of AI/data analytics use cases (dashboards, predictive models, automation, data quality/engineering). Sales Craft & Execution. Strong consultative selling skills—can run discovery, build a business case, and align multiple stakeholders. Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing complex multi‑party deals and contracts. Strong CRM discipline and ability to build accurate, defensible forecasts. Human Skills & Values.
