
Pure Hunter | SAP Cloud & AI | Net-New Logo Focus
This role is designed for a driven new business hunter at an early to mid-career stage.
You will build pipeline from scratch, win new SAP-focused opportunities, and drive revenue growth in the DACH region. There is no farming component — this is a true acquisition role.
Your Mission
Build and own a defined net-new territory in Germany and Austria (optionally Switzerland depending on profile).
Identify and win new customers in the SAP ecosystem.
Proactively generate pipeline — including cold outreach and direct executive engagement.
Position SAP-based solutions in areas such as:
Sales
Service
Asset Management
SAP Public Cloud
Drive conversations around AI-enabled business transformation and automation.
Collaborate in SAP co-selling motions and joint go-to-market activities.
Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing.
Consistently achieve ambitious new business targets.
The Profile We Are Looking For We are looking for a younger, hungry sales personality with clear hunter DNA.
Required
1–5 years of experience in SAP-related software sales.
Exposure to SAP solutions in Sales, Service, Asset Management, or SAP Public Cloud.
Ideally first experience in SAP co-selling or working within the SAP ecosystem.
Demonstrated net-new acquisition success.
Comfortable picking up the phone and creating opportunities independently.
Strong interest in AI solutions — ideally already using AI tools personally.
Fluent German and professional English.
