Overview
USA – JETPUBS, a Hudson-based provider of aviation manuals, technical publications, and training materials, has announced it is seeking to hire a Director of Operations for its Technical Publications business unit. The new Director of Operations will report directly to the CEO and lead the manuals and technical publications unit, overseeing end-to-end delivery, quality, and process design. The position is remote, full-time, and involves periodic travel. Responsibilities
Lead the manuals and technical publications unit, overseeing end-to-end delivery, quality, and process design. Drive LEAN process improvement and scalable operational workflows. Manage and lead distributed or remote teams; ensure client-focused execution and high-accuracy technical publishing. Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with company strategy. Required Experience & Qualifications
8–10+ years of experience in aviation operations, technical publications, or regulated service delivery. Direct experience with aviation manuals, SOPs, regulatory documentation, or similar. Proven ability to design, improve, and scale operational workflows. Strong people-leadership experience with distributed or remote teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aviation Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
