
Overview
highly motivated Field Marketing Specialist to drive the operational execution of marketing programs across our Mexico and Startups businesses. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on managing end-to-end events, translating content, and enabling sales teams with impactful resources. You will collaborate closely with LATAM and Startups Field Marketing Managers to bring high-quality live and digital experiences to life that generate pipeline and demand for Databricks.
Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing programs including webinars, workshops, executive dinners, third-party sponsorships, and large-scale events.
Manage the entire project lifecycle: kickoff, planning, vendor coordination, production logistics, and post-event wrap-up.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all program execution.
Review and ensure accuracy of marketing content translated from English to Spanish (eBooks, registration pages, email campaigns, and web copy).
Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as landing pages, email templates, social copy, and internal communications to ensure field teams are well-prepared.
Oversee procurement, manage purchase orders, track spend against forecasts, and reconcile program costs.
Contribute to and build event “playbooks” documenting processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring scalable, repeatable success.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in field marketing or event management, with primary ownership of project execution.
Strong operational rigor and ability to manage complex logistics and budgets.
Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of anticipating roadblocks and managing timelines autonomously.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.
Ability to travel within the US and 2-3 times per year to Mexico City as required.
