Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Range:

$20–$25/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions and order processing in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment. This role is fully onsite and plays a critical part in ensuring accurate order entry, timely follow-up, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

Enter customer orders accurately into internal systems

Process and manage customer orders from start to completion

Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and updates

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues or questions

Maintain accurate customer and order records

Provide consistent, high-quality customer support

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions

Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems

Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite during scheduled hours

Preferred Experience:

Experience in manufacturing, industrial supply, or distribution environments

Familiarity with ERP or order entry systems

Customer service experience supporting technical or product-based orders
