Customer Service Representative
to provide front-line customer support by managing incoming inquiries, order entry, billing, and administrative coordination. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and supports sales and operations teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Manage incoming customer calls and walk-ins while supporting front desk operations Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding pricing, orders, billing, and services Enter quotes and customer orders accurately and in a timely manner Process and maintain accurate customer billing Check product availability and communicate estimated arrival times when items are out of stock Maintain accurate customer and contact information Provide reports and administrative support to the sales team as needed Order and maintain office supplies Ensure compliance with company policies and initiatives Complete additional duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment Associate degree or equivalent related work experience Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build relationships and establish credibility with customers
Preferred Skills of the Customer Service Representative:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask calmly and professionally Comfort working across multiple systems and platforms Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with Epicor P21 and/or CRM systems is a plus
Compensation:
$19 to $22 an hour Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
