About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who enjoys building smart, data-driven campaigns and seeing measurable results. In this role, you’ll design, launch, and improve automated marketing campaigns that help attract, engage, and convert customers across their journey.
You’ll work closely with both Marketing and Sales teams, turning business goals into effective email campaigns, workflows, and automated journeys. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of marketing automation experience who likes problem-solving, collaboration, and working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and manage automated marketing campaigns, including emails, nurture programs, and triggered workflows
Partner with Marketing and Sales to turn business goals into effective campaign strategies
Ensure the right audience receives the right message through accurate segmentation and testing
Monitor campaign performance and share insights that help improve engagement and conversions
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve results and ROI
Follow best practices for data accuracy, compliance, and platform governance
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Build, test, and launch automated email and digital campaigns
Audience Management: Maintain clean data, accurate targeting, and quality checks
Performance Reporting: Track results and provide clear, actionable insights
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams
Platform Best Practices: Ensure campaigns follow data and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
Solid understanding of email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign automation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain results in simple termsli>
Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
A team player who collaborates well across departments
Self-starter who adapts easily in a fast-moving environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
3–5 years of hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Iterable, or similar
Experience planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns
