Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Salesforce Developer
to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, optimize processes, and ensure the platform is used effectively to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and configure Salesforce applications using
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Salesforce APIs.
Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement and maintain
Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules , and custom objects.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs , middleware, and third-party tools.
Perform system testing, debugging, and ensure high performance and scalability.
Maintain data integrity through
data migration , cleansing, and validation using tools like
Data Loader .
Participate in
Salesforce release cycles , ensure compatibility, and implement new features.
Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and provide support to end users.
Collaborate with admin, QA, and project teams for seamless delivery.
Follow best practices for coding, security, and platform optimization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering , or related field.
Proven experience as a
Salesforce Developer
(1–5+ years depending on role level).
Strong hands‑on experience with
Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Lightning Components , and SOQL/SOSL.
Knowledge of
Salesforce configuration , including Flows, Validation Rules, and Permission Sets.
Experience with
API integrations
and Salesforce ecosystem tools.
Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum
methodologies.
Good understanding of
Salesforce security model
and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
