Manage a portfolio of approximately 1,500 commercial accounts, with premiums ranging from $5,000 to $350,000. Provide day-to-day servicing of accounts, including certificates, endorsements, and policy checks. Handle quoting for new and renewal business. Collaborate with assistants for administrative tasks related to high-value accounts. Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management. Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience with contractor, transportation, manufacturing, and technology risk accounts is preferred. Proficiency in using Epic software or similar agency management systems. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive and client-focused approach to account management.
