Community Association Manager (CAM)
to oversee the daily operations of homeowner and condominium associations. This role focuses on association governance, financial oversight, vendor coordination, and homeowner relations to ensure communities are well-managed and compliant.
Responsibilities
Manage assigned homeowner and condominium associations
Serve as the primary point of contact for boards of directors and homeowners
Oversee budgets, financial reports, and association operations
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and maintenance services
Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and state regulations
Attend board meetings and prepare agendas, reports, and meeting minutes
Requirements
Experience in community association or property management
CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation strongly preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple associations and priorities simultaneously
Professional, client-facing demeanor with strong relationship-building skills
