Work closely with the CTO, CEO, and product team to craft exceptional customer experiences Design intuitive flows across customer-facing and internal tools Turn complex problems into simple, elegant UX Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs Collaborate directly with users to test and improve usability Help shape Ever’s design system and product quality bar Qualifications & Fit
5+ years of product design experience in fast-paced environments Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI craft Experience building products from the ground up Comfortable owning projects end-to-end Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for consumer, marketplace or business tooling products Technical Skills
Expert in Figma Strong web product design experience Strong iOS / Android experience Experience building or contributing to design systems UX research and usability testing fundamentals Benefits
