Account Manager
who can own projects from first estimate to final walkthrough. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with clients, managing jobs in the field, and keeping projects running smoothly. If you have experience in asphalt, concrete, sealcoating, striping, or related construction services nd you like being the point person customers trust re we want to talk to you. Responsibilities
Meet with commercial & multi-family residential clients to evaluate asphalt & concrete maintenance needs and prepare accurate estimates & proposals Create, build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Make visits to clients to identify opportunities for growth within our platform Conduct site visits, pre-job planning, and post-job walkthroughs Work closely with Operations to ensure quality, safety, and smooth project execution Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in asphalt and concrete maintenance, with experience estimating and project management Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role Ability to read site conditions and translate them into clear scopes of work Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects
