Sales Manager (B2B / Subscription Sales)
at Crouton Digital.
Crouton Digital is a premier Web3 infrastructure provider. We specialize in high-performance RPC nodes and enterprise-grade services for developers and projects that demand speed, maximum uptime, and seamless scalability.
Responsibilities
Drive B2B subscription sales for our RPC services and infrastructure stack.
Own the full sales cycle: from outbound outreach (LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Email) to closing.
Conduct product demos, handle technical objections, and present the value of our infra.
Manage and optimize the sales funnel/CRM with consistent follow-ups.
Partner with the Founder and Marketing to refine value propositions and pricing models.
Quickly transition into an active sales phase to meet growth targets.
Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales within SaaS, Web3, or IT infrastructure (knowledge of RPC/API is a massive plus).
Outbound Pro: Expert at cold outreach and building relationships from scratch (not just waiting for inbound).
Technical Fluency: Ability to sell through value and technical benefits rather than "hard selling."
Languages: Fluent English (B2+ / C1) for high-level negotiations and calls with international leads.
Mindset: Self-driven, organized, and ready to scale into a Head of Sales / Commercial Lead role.
Compensation: Competitive Base + aggressive % of sales/commissions (discussed individually).
