The Inside Sales Manager will report directly to the company President and is responsible for leading and developing the inside sales team to support Nopak’s customer base, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role will serve as a key liaison between customers, outside sales, engineering, production,and supply chain to ensure accurate quoting, order execution, and long-term customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the inside sales team to meet or exceed sales, margin, and customer service goals Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and sales processes to improve efficiency and accuracy Conduct regular training on products, systems, pricing, and customer communication Collaborate with outside sales to support account growth and retention Serve as escalation point for key customer issues, pricing questions, and delivery concerns Maintain strong relationships with OEM and distribution customers Support new customer onboarding and ongoing account management Ensure consistent and professional communication with customers Oversee preparation of accurate quotes, pricing, and lead times Ensure orders align with engineering specifications, production capabilities, and customer requirements Coordinate with engineering and production teams on new parts, revisions, and engineering changes Monitor order status and proactively communicate changes or risks to customers and team members Work closely with engineering, production, quality, purchasing, and logistics teams Support continuous improvement initiatives related to sales processes and customer experience Track sales activity, conversion rates, backlog, and customer trends Provide regular reporting and insights to company President Identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth Ability to actively work alongside the inside sales team and actively quote, answer phones, and reply to customer requests Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of inside sales or customer service experience in manufacturing or industrial B2B environment 2+ years of sales leadership or supervisory experience Strong understanding of quoting, pricing, and order management processes Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Ability to communicate diplomatically and tactful with employees across a spectrum of skill and experience levels Patience and foresight to help team master foundational processes before building more significant processes and skills Comfortable working with data to make sense of metrics - intermediate to expert Excel skills Familiarity with reading engineering drawings and specifications
