Position Summary
The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with prospective customers, and driving revenue through inbound and outbound sales activities. This role works closely with marketing and account management to ensure a smooth sales process and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other digital channels
Qualify leads and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services
Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts, from initial contact to close
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with marketing, field sales, and customer success teams to optimize sales efforts
Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications
Stay informed on product offerings, pricing, promotions, and industry trends
Handle customer questions, objections, and basic issue resolution professionally
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or call center experience (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a competitive, self-motivated mindset
Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
