Job Title: Managing Director - IT Services / Staffing Sales Location: New Jersey (willing to work from office for 3-5 days in a week) Fulltime About the Role We are seeking an accomplished Director of IT Services Sales / Managing Director to lead and grow our IT services and staffing sales function. This is a player-coach role, requiring the ability to personally drive revenue while building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, and Consulting Services sales, with a proven track record of closing deals, expanding key accounts, and developing sales talent in the US market. Key Responsibilities Individual Contributor (Player) Own and achieve individual revenue targets through new client acquisition and expansion of strategic accounts Sell IT Staff Augmentation and IT Services, including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire solutions Build executive-level relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, MSPs, and decision-makers Lead complex deal negotiations including bill rates, margins, MSAs, SOWs, and pricing strategy Drive high-value opportunities across technology domains such as AI/Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Enterprise Applications Leadership & Team Development (Coach) Hire, onboard, mentor, and manage Account Executives and Account Managers Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and activity metrics for the sales team Coach team members on prospecting, client meetings, objection handling, and deal closure Partner closely with Recruiting and Operations leaders to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction Review pipelines, forecasts, and performance dashboards regularly Strategy & Growth Define and execute sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives Identify new markets, verticals, and service line expansion opportunities Establish scalable sales processes, playbooks, and best practices Collaborate with leadership on revenue forecasting, budgeting, and go-to-market initiatives Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in IT Services / IT Staffing Sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or player-coach role Proven success carrying and exceeding individual sales quotas Strong experience managing and mentoring sales professionals Deep understanding of US staffing models, MSP/VMS environments, and compliance frameworks Demonstrated ability to sell both staff augmentation and consulting services Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications Existing book of business or strong executive-level client relationships Experience scaling sales teams in a staffing or IT services organization Exposure to enterprise accounts and complex multi-location engagements MBA or advanced business degree (preferred, not required) Why Join Us Senior leadership role with direct impact on revenue and growth strategy Competitive compensation with base + commission + leadership incentives Opportunity to build and lead a sales organization Entrepreneurial environment with long-term growth potential
