Sales Manager – Staffing and Recruitment Location: Somerset, NJ (Hybrid) Salary: Open (DoE) Job Description As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for full end-to-end client sales and account management. A successful Business Development Manager at Infinity Consulting Solutions not only hunts for new business but builds relationships and brings in additional revenue through established clients. Our goal is to cultivate successful long-term relationships by matching the right people with the right organizations. These roles range from contractor, contract-to-hire, to permanent positions. At Employvision, our Business Development Managers are critical to the growth of our business and providing the best experiences in the industry. Job Details Identify and build a target list of companies and contacts in the US market who would utilize contract and direct-hire services in the areas of Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, HR, Administrative, etc. Reach out to prospective hiring managers, directors, VPs, and C-level executives to introduce Employvision services and capabilities. Meet with prospective clients and existing clients in-person, via video, and via phone to secure new staffing opportunities and support their staffing needs. Negotiate rates and contract terms with prospective clients and ensure MSA execution to launch our Recruitment process. Identify, secure, and qualify job opportunities, while educating clients and potential clients on the current job market. Partner with Recruiting leadership team to set expectations with the client for priority requisitions. Support the fulfillment process and ensure the client is consistently receiving outrageous service from the Employvision team. Manage relationships with clients and drive referrals for new client contacts. Ensure detailed notes are entered in the CRM for all prospect and client communication. Qualifications 5+ years of a proven track record within a staffing environment, with a strong knowledge of and network in your market, sector, or specialization within the North Carolina Region. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience as a full life-cycle recruiter for a staffing agency or retained search, developing business strategies and client/candidate management. Strong Business Development experience and negotiation skills with a consultative mindset and ability to anticipate client needs. Ability to quickly learn about different business environments and cultures and propose relevant solutions. Ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change and ambiguity.
