Parts Advisor
to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing parts locations, and supporting efficient operations throughout the dealership. Responsibilities
Partner with the Parts Manager to source parts that are not currently in stock Process special-order parts requests for customers and technicians Manage the automotive parts sales process from initial inquiry through invoicing Process daily parts orders using the CDK scanner Pull and distribute parts for technicians and counter staff Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels Manage stocking, organization, and parts locations Perform parts lookups and ensure correct part selection Disburse parts to technicians in a timely manner Assist retail customers at the parts counter Benefits

Prior dealership parts experience and CDK experience is a strong plus Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record Ability to pass a drug screening Understanding of inventory management and receiving processes Strong phone and communication skills for both internal and customer interactions Basic computer skills (training provided for dealership systems) Dealership experience is helpful, but not required
