We are seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of HOA and Condominium communities. This position is in located in Dallas, TX (Walnut Hill Lane & Hwy 75). We are a small office of dedicated industry professionals with a fantastic team and work culture. Come and grow with us! Role Description

As a Community Association Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of homeowners and/or condominium associations, building relationships with your boards of directors and working to provide them with the trusted guidance they deserve. Our managers are supported internally by teams of specialists dedicated to assisting in the service of our communities and clients. Provide guidance to association boards of directors to enhance and preserve community property values Ensure that all activities, decisions and processes are in compliance with Federal, State (Texas Uniform Condominium Act), and Local law. Work with Boards to establish operational guidelines and standard procedures. Consult with internal departments and boards to ensure production of accurate and timely financial statements. Proactively plan and budget for upcoming projects and expenses for the communities. Provide high level customer service to association owners as it pertains to association business. Support hiring and scheduling of contractors to maintain Association standards. Communicate effectively with owners to resolve issues that involve the association. Resale coordination for communities using 3rd party software. Training provided. Working extensively with Vantaca software. Training provided. Qualifications

Job Requirements/Qualities

Leadership Proven proficiency in learning new technology Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to create and maintain a proper working budget Superior organizational skills and an ability to prioritize Project management Minimum of 1-2 years HOA Management experience. Education and Experience

Familiar with Vantaca Software, Strongroom, or Condo Certs, a plus. Condominium Management, a plus. Conflict de-escalation and resolution experience Knowledge of proper meeting order Proven capability to review and analyze financial reports Familiar with architectural request process Industry designations: CMCA, AMS, Compensation package includes a base salary and bonus opportunities.
