This is a hybrid role with 2 to 3 days in our Clearwater office. Corban OneSource is considered a small, family oriented company but also one of the largest Mid-Market Human Resources Outsourcing companies. Located in Clearwater, Florida with clients in 40+ states we are looking for the right person to join our team.

We have an Employee Support Center that will assist in answering benefits questions as well. We are a team of dedicated professionals looking for the same type of person to join us. Primary contact to clients and employees for all benefit related tasks, enrollments, reporting and inquiries Working knowledge of employer group health plans, voluntary plans, life, HSA, FSA and COBRA, as well as understand ERISA and IRS Section 125 compliance regulations Work with various carriers and external partners to ensure clients benefit enrollments, rates and plan offerings are accurate and administered properly. This will involve both manual entry of enrollments or file feeds Partner with various carriers, clients, and vendors to assist with file feed set-up and new client implementations. Proactive and professional communication via phone, email, CRM system and Microsoft TEAM meetings Responsible for coordinating Open Enrollment activities with client, broker, carriers. Prepare system with new plan year changes timely and accurately. Work with internal support teams to ensure all parties have updated information and communications to assist employees during open enrollment Serve as back-up to other Account Managers when needed Provide proactive, exceptional customer service at all times Work with ADP and other vendors for technical support and advice as needed SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Previous Benefits Administration or Account Manager experience a must 5 plus years of work experience in a benefits administration role Excellent analytical and reasoning skills Excellent Time Management Skills Ability to perform basic match functions accurately and proficiently Advanced Microsoft Office tools knowledge including Outlook, Word, and Excel Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Experience in ADP/Workforce Now, Paylocity and/or BenefitSolver Comfortable with communicating directly with client at all levels within the organization EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSING OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Associate or Bachelor degree preferred Compensation range $55K - $70K plus $8,400 allowance for benefits/insurance - Medical, Dental, Life, STD, Vision. 401(k), PTO.
