
Our client, a well‑established and high‑performing law practice, is seeking a
Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant
to support attorneys handling complex commercial transactions. This is a
fully onsite
role based in Orlando.
What You’ll Do
Manage and organize files for commercial purchases, sales, development, and financing matters
Draft and prepare legal documents including leases, amendments, estoppels, SNDAs, commitments, closing binders, and general correspondence
Coordinate due diligence: title, survey, UCCs, entity documents, insurance, and escrow materials
Maintain calendars, deadlines, and support
billing/timekeeper processes
Communicate with clients, lenders, brokers, and vendors to keep transactions moving smoothly
What You Bring
3–5+ years as a Legal Assistant (commercial real estate background strongly preferred)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
Experience with billing or time entry systems is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and deal teams
Compensation
Target range:
$65,000–$80,000
