We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

This position will be fully on-site and offers a competitive salary of $20 – $25 per hour.

Job Details

Hours: 7am to 3:30pm, Monday‑Friday

Location: On-site (full on‑site)

Salary: $20 – $25 per hour

Responsibilities

Review daily shipment log and monitor inventory.

Communicate with commercial clients via email and phone.

Input orders into company system.

Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries.

Track shipments and update master list.

Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments.

Communicate delivery updates with sales team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience working in a wholesales environment.

2+ years of shipping or logistics experience (preferred).

Bilingual Spanish (preferred).

Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Data entry experience.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
