We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing high-volume customer communications related to payments, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the collections process while delivering professional customer service. Both part-time and full-time candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls related to billing and payment inquiries

Make outbound collection calls as directed by the team

Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner

Document all customer interactions, including calls, emails, payment commitments, disputes, notes, and follow-ups

Assist customers with payment options and confirm receipt of payments

Process credit card authorizations when applicable

Maintain professionalism during all customer interactions and follow company guidelines for collections and communication tone

Complete assigned tasks within scheduled work hours and communicate unresolved items to the team to ensure continuity

Qualifications

Previous experience in collections, customer service, or accounts receivable preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage high-volume interactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalismComfortable working onsite in a structured team environment

Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills
