To help us drive market share with retail partners in North America, M·A·C is adding a Director, Account Management to its corporate NY team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Account Planner in managing daily and weekly reporting to track sales, inventory, and key performance metrics.
Support product setup, ensuring accurate entry and maintenance of product data within internal and retailer systems.
Coordinate product allocations to optimize inventory distribution across Ulta locations.
Assist in order processing, including tracking and ensuring timely delivery of inventory.
Help maintain accurate forecasting by analyzing sales trends, inventory levels, and market insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, demand planning and supply chain, to support business objectives.
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed to support account management.
Order Management & Execution
Assist planner with Launch/ Basic order analysis, tracking information and reporting errors, including tracking Saleable PO’s & Shipments (Basic / Launch Pos) and Non-Saleable / Promotional POs (GWP, Samples, Collateral etc. / No Cost Pos).
Compile build orders based on WOS as needed.
Reporting
Pull weekly and month end reports (ELC & Retailer systems).
Pull reports from Data Warehouse / Power BI.
Misc / Relevant administrative tasks
Manage SRP updates (filling out retailer required information).
Filling out retailer required information for new products.
Provide retailers / dotcom partners launch set up information.
Analysis
Manipulate Excel files using v-lookup, and formulas to present new data.
Track Promotional results / Update Side x Side calendar.
Analyze retail performance by door assortment type.
Qualifications
College degree or equivalent years of experience.
0-2 years’ experience.
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. Word, Excel, & Power Point).
Proficient in data entry, organization, and analysis.
Initiative-taker, detail oriented, adept at problem solving and analyzing information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to meet and exceed established deadlines, prioritizing and multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
Pay Range The anticipated hourly range for this position is
$27.60 to $40.95 . Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
